First weekend of March, Four Points by Sheraton in Sydney, Central Park hosted their first pasta making class at Central Quarter restaurant.

Adriano Avino, the Executive Chef shared his know how of making authentic Italian Strangolapreti.

At the end of this class, besides sampling the main dish cooked by the chef, participants got take their own batch of freshly prepared pasta home with them.
